Rahul Kankariya is the founder of LexCrux (Advocates). Having worked extensively as an in-house counsel with real estate developers of high repute as well as being a practicing lawyer, Rahul has an immense understanding of real estate transactions from corporate, commercial as well as legal perspective. Rahul has participated and rendered his expertise in several high value real estate transactions. His areas of specialization are real estate related laws like RERA, Cooperative Act, Transfer of Property, drafting agreements for real estate transactions, commercial contracts, legal strategies & opinions, and litigation (civil as well as revenue). He has been in the field of law for over seventeen (17) years now.

Rahul is registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) of University of Pune, (First Class), ILS Law College, Pune and also holds a master degree in law of University of Pune. He has also completed his Post Graduation Diploma in Management from Indira International Distance Education Academy.
